These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NanoMama mobile application for iPhone and iPad ("App"). The App is operated by LOONARI WORLD CORP, TOO, BIN 251040022519, Kazakhstan ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
Document version: 2.1 · Effective date: April 29, 2026 · Previous version: 2.0 from April 28, 2026. Changes in v2.1: introductory plan is now paid — 5 RUB for 7 days (previously a free 7-day trial). Recurring-payment terms from v2.0 remain in force.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. App Description
NanoMama is a personal health companion application designed for expectant mothers and parents. The App provides:
- Pregnancy tracking by gestational week with informational content
- Child development tracking by age stage and week
- AI-powered assistant for health-related questions (informational purposes only)
- Health diary for logging symptoms, mood, weight, and vital signs
- Sleep tracking for infants
- Menstrual cycle tracking
- Medical document storage and management
- Guides on feeding, hospital preparation, emergency information, and childcare
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of another person (such as tracking your child's data), you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access most features of the App, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
4.3 Account Security
You must immediately notify us at inbox@loonariworld.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.4 One Account per User
Each user may maintain one account. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account credentials with others.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Free: Limited access with 5 AI actions per month and basic features.
- Introductory plan (formerly Trial): 5 RUB for 7 days. Provides 15 AI actions and full access to premium features for the duration of the period.
- Premium: Full access to all features, including 100 AI actions per month, unlimited health diary, PDF export, voice input, weekly personal reports, and advanced analytics.
5.2 Apple In-App Purchases
All subscriptions and in-app purchases for the iOS version of the App are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Your purchase is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
5.3 Subscription Renewal (Apple In-App Purchase)
Subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchase automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
5.4 Tinkoff Card-on-File Recurring Payments (non-IAP web purchases)
Subscriptions purchased outside Apple In-App Purchase (for example, on the web at nanomama.ru) are processed through Tinkoff Bank JSC, Bank of Russia license No. 2673, PCI DSS Level 1 certified. The following terms apply to such recurring payments:
5.4.1. By subscribing to a paid plan and confirming a card payment, you authorise the Operator to charge the same card automatically on the renewal date as a Card-on-File / MIT Recurring transaction in accordance with Visa, Mastercard and MIR payment-system rules.
5.4.2. Card details (PAN, CVV/CVC, expiry, holder name) are not stored on the Operator's servers. Tokenisation is performed by Tinkoff Bank, which returns to the Operator a tokenised card reference (RebillId).
5.4.3. The renewal charge equals the subscription price on the date of the charge. If the price changes, the Operator notifies you 7 calendar days in advance via push notification and/or e-mail.
5.4.4. No later than 24 hours before each renewal charge, the Operator sends a pre-notice push notification with the amount and date of the charge.
5.4.5. You may disable auto-renewal at any time:
- In the mobile app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel auto-renewal.
- On the website: in your account dashboard.
- In writing to inbox@loonariworld.com with your account e-mail.
When auto-renewal is disabled, the current paid period remains accessible until its end, after which the subscription is deactivated. Refunds for the unused portion of the current period are not granted, except as provided in Section 5.5 (Refunds).
5.4.6. If on the renewal date the card has insufficient funds, is blocked, or has expired, the Operator grants a 3 calendar-day grace period during which retries are attempted. After the grace period without a successful charge the subscription is set to suspended and access to paid features is restricted until the next successful payment or manual renewal.
5.4.7. A fiscal receipt is issued for every charge (initial and recurring) under Federal Law 54-FZ and sent to the e-mail provided at registration.
5.4.8. Consent to auto-renewal is a material term of the subscription contract and may be revoked by the User at any time by disabling auto-renewal (see 5.4.5).
5.5 Refunds
All refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple. We do not process refunds for in-app purchases; these are governed by Apple's refund policy.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App or its systems
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without our written permission
7. Medical Disclaimer
The App and its AI assistant provide general informational content only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the App is intended for educational purposes and general wellness guidance.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (doctor, midwife, or specialist) before making any health-related decisions, especially during pregnancy or regarding your child's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App.
The Operator expressly disclaims any liability for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App or its AI assistant.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Data and health information you enter into the App remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the App's services to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Apple's ecosystem (In-App Purchase, HealthKit if applicable), AI providers, and analytics services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies and terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by the App or its AI assistant.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any medical decisions made based on App content
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
- Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the App
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability for personal injury or incidental damages are not permitted, this limitation may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at inbox@loonariworld.com or by deleting the App from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
If you are located in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws may also protect you in addition to these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email at least 7 days before changes take effect. The updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
